We are very confident that our products will meet and surpass your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 7 days. Orders for items marked "Custom" can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of order with no penalty.
To Request a Return
Contact Customer Service at 360 546-1111 and request a Return Authorization Code for your order. You will be sent a Return Authorization by email. Please write your Return Authorization Code on the return form and on the outside of the shipping box on the front of the package so that it is clearly visible.
After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s). Please return the merchandise pre-paid and insured via a trackable carrier (UPS, Fedex, DHL or Airborne)
All items are inspected prior to shipment and are shipped insured. We are not responsible for damage incurred in shipping. If your package is damaged in shipment, you must save all packing materials and contact the carrier.
We will notify you via email when we have processed your return.
- If the product has been excessively used, abused, or damaged, the return and credit will not be allowed.
- We cannot accept returns on custom items.
- The customer is responsible for freight charges on a return unless goods are defective.
- Gifts to third parties are not refundable, and can only be exchanged.
- Unless otherwise requested, we ship via United States Postal Service.
Our shipping charges are based on standard USPS mail rates, which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped.
We also offer UPS Ground, 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air shipping to all of our customers who place orders to be shipped to one of the 48 contiguous United States. Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
